DSS – Summer Family Fiesta 2006 is jointly organized by two of the biggest names in the region- Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Summer Surprises.
Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC)
The Dubal World Trade Centre (DWTC) is an organisation with over 27 years of expertise in managing venues, events, property, and hotels; organising exhibitions and providing catering services. It is also the parent company of DICEC.
DWTC’s first properties were the Dubai World Trade Centre Tower and its adjacent Exhibition Halls. Once on the outskirts of the city, the 37-storey tower is now the first high-rise on the skyscraper strip along Shiekh Zayed Road, and continues to be an international landmark and a premier business location.
In addition to the tower, DWTC currently comprises the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Convention Tower. Offering the luxury of onsite accommodation, are the Novotel World Trade Centre - Dubai, the ibis World Trade Centre - Dubai, and the Dubai International Hotel Apartments, all of which are owned by DWTC. The Airport Expo Dubai, which is adjacent to the Dubai International Airport, is also under its management.
The organisation has retained its lead in the burgeoning Middle East exhibition industry for almost three decades, by foreseeing the needs of the future and adapting and expanding to meet them.
DWTC annually hosts over 60 international exhibitions covering a variety of sectors such as health, oil and gas, construction, interior design, fashion, consumer electronics, travel and tourism and education.
Year after year, DWTC’s success as an organiser is also evident at events such as GITEX - the region’s largest and most important IT event, Gulfood, CABSAT and The Middle East International Motor Show.
